Taisha and Patrick

A beautiful wedding unfolded in Sorrento, British Columbia, set against the calm, natural charm the area is known for. The couple, both young and effortlessly gorgeous, shared a connection that was impossible to miss. Every moment between them felt genuine and full of excitement for the life they were beginning together, and it made the entire day a joy to document. From the preparations through to the ceremony, they both looked incredible and carried themselves with such ease in front of the camera. Nothing felt staged—just real emotion, quiet smiles, and those subtle in-between moments that often end up meaning the most. For their intimate portraits, we stepped away to Sorrento Park, where the setting elevated everything even further. Surrounded by natural beauty and soft light, we captured what turned out to be one of our strongest couple sessions to date. The combination of their connection and the peaceful atmosphere created images that feel timeless, honest, and deeply personal.

We started along the paths and open grassy areas, capturing candid moments as the sun slowly dipped behind the mountains. As the sky turned shades of gold and soft orange, we moved down to the shoreline where the reflections on the water added a dreamy glow to every shot. The couple laughed, embraced, and enjoyed the peacefulness of the evening—resulting in natural, heartfelt portraits. If you're looking for inspiration for your own engagement photos, Kaloya’s sunset backdrop is unforgettable.
